About Radiant Thread
Radiant Thread Strategies is the brain child of Serena Embree, a tarot-devoted, mystical “Jill-of-all-trades” whose life and career path has given her a rare ability to read both the cards and the pulse of a small business. With roots in the Peace Country working in media, environmental cleanup, and industrial production—and later stepping into roles as a corporate account manager, web and graphic designer, and sales pro—Serena has developed a sixth sense for what works (and what doesn’t) in business operations across wildly different industries.
And, as a long-time small business owner herself—jewelry maker, hairstylist, nail tech—she knows firsthand how quickly the landscape shifts. Social media trends evolve, business tools change, and strategies that once sparkled can suddenly fall flat. Just like a tarot reading, a business strategy needs to be revisited with fresh eyes and intuition. Serena’s approach combines grounded experience with gut-level insight to help small businesses realign their tools, their messaging, and their momentum.
What We Do
I help small businesses find their flow again by getting clear on what matters most—and making sure everything from daily operations to big-picture plans reflects that. I love digging into the behind-the-scenes stuff: streamlining processes, upgrading digital tools, creating simple systems, and offering coaching that actually fits your vibe. If things feel tangled or you’re building something new from the ground up, I’m here to help you reconnect to your “why” and find the thread that brings it all back together.
Services
I offer a mix of practical magic to help your business run smoother and shine brighter. That includes building new websites or giving your existing one a fresh overhaul, coaching and development programs (both for managers and ones they can use with their teams), digital marketing strategies that actually make sense, streamlining procedures so things flow better, and branding that feels true to you. It’s all about making your work work better—with a little style and a lot of heart.
