These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo website and your participation in the event. By registering for the event, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Event Registration
By registering for the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your registration being delayed or invalidated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details.
2. Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations: Please note that all booth registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the event that we are forced to cancel the event.
- Refunds: In the event that we are forced to cancel the event, refunds will be issued within 14 days of issuing the event cancellation notice.
3. Credit Card Transactions
All credit card transactions made on the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo website are processed securely through Square, a third-party payment processor. By using Square, you agree to be bound by their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which can be found on their website. We do not store or have access to any credit card information.
- Errors in Payment: In the event of a payment error, including but not limited to duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts, please contact us immediately. We will work with Square to correct the error and issue any necessary refunds.
4. Vendor Participation
By applying for a vendor booth, you agree to abide by the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo policies regarding booth setup, tear-down, and event conduct. Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the event, without refund.
5. Event Changes
The Crossroads Lifestyle Expo reserves the right to change the event date, location, or format at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If such a change occurs, registered participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made when possible. In the event of a complete cancellation of the event, you will receive a full refund.
6. Liability and Indemnification
By participating in the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crossroads Lifestyle Expo, its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in the event.
We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the event. Participants are encouraged to carry their own insurance to cover potential risks.
7. Use of Your Information
By registering for the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo, you consent to the use of your personal information for event-related communications, including updates, promotions, and reminders. We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
8. Media Release
By attending or participating in the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in photographs, videos, and other media materials related to the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo.
9. Force Majeure
The Crossroads Lifestyle Expo will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the event’s execution due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be reflected at the bottom of the page. Continued participation in the event after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Crossroads Lifestyle Expo is held. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
