Want to be part of the magic behind the scenes? We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help make this event unforgettable! Volunteers get to be part of a fun, supportive team and play a key role in creating a welcoming space for our community. Applicants under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian’s written permission. If you’re ready to lend a hand (and maybe wear a snazzy badge), we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for volunteers for setup in the days prior to the event, help during the event, and help with teardown and cleanup. Please select the days you are available to help from the list below:

we may not need you for all of the tasks selected, but let us know what you are able to help out with and we will be in touch once registration closes with a schedule and task assignment.

Setup: moving tables & chairs, placing garbage cans, carrying heavy things, etc.

Ticket taker during the event

Facility maintenance during the event (taking out garbages, cleaning up spills, general gopher duties, etc.)

Teardown: like setup, only in reverse. moving tables & chairs, removing garbage cans, carrying heavy things, etc.

If you are over 18, you will be prompted to upload a picture of your photo ID for verification. We do not store these files past the end of the event, and ensure that they will be securely destroyed.

If you are under 18, you will be prompted to provide your parent or guardian’s name or phone number so that we can reach out to them to confirm permissions and go through any legal considerations with them.

Volunteering Terms & Conditions*

By submitting this application, you agree to volunteer your time and energy to support our event in a helpful and respectful manner. Please note that this is a volunteer position, and no monetary compensation will be provided. Volunteering entitles you to free admission for Saturday and Sunday outside your volunteer shift, but does not entitle you to vendor discounts, or any other perks unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to decline or remove volunteers at our discretion if necessary for any reason.

Volunteers participate at their own risk. By volunteering, you agree to release the event organizers, venue, affiliates, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation. You are responsible for your own well-being and agree not to hold the event or its team liable in the event of an accident or other unforeseen circumstance.

By participating in the event, you give permission for your image—photo, video, or otherwise—to be captured during the event and used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and future event advertising. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know in writing before the event.

All volunteers are expected to behave respectfully toward attendees, vendors, fellow volunteers, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, substance use during shifts, or any form of disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from your volunteer role without notice.

You agree to follow any instructions given by event staff or volunteer coordinators during your shift(s) and to communicate clearly and promptly if you are unable to fulfill your commitment. We understand life happens—just keep us in the loop.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise arranged with parental consent. You may be asked to present ID at check-in.

Emergency contact information must be provided in your application for your safety during the event. All personal information collected will be handled confidentially and used solely for event operations.
