What’s Included
With your vendor package, you’ll receive two exclusive tickets to a VIP networking event, giving you the chance to connect with fellow vendors in a fun, relaxed setting. You’ll also enjoy full support throughout the event, ensuring you have everything you need for a smooth and successful experience.
We also provide a dedicated lecture space for you to showcase your expertise in 30 or 60 minute slots. Book your spot by submitting the form and let us know what your presentation will about so we can promote your talk on the Schedules page.
Swag Bags
Contributing to our giveaway swag bags is a fantastic opportunity to get your business in front of event attendees and gain free marketing exposure. By including samples of your products or promotional materials in the bags, you’ll introduce your brand to a highly engaged audience eager to discover new offerings.
It’s a great way to increase visibility, generate interest, and make a lasting impression on potential customers, all while being part of an exciting community-driven event. Plus, everyone loves a good swag bag!

Booth options have the number of included tables listed, but additional tables are available for $20 each.

Happy Option A
A 10′ x 10′ space that includes 1 table. Choose from a 6′ or 8′ table to suit your needs.
$350 plus tax
Happy Option B
A 10′ x 20′ space that includes 2 tables. Choose from 2 the same size, or 1 6′ and 1 8′ table to suit your needs.
$600 plus tax
Happy Option C
10′ x 30′ space that includes 3 tables. Choose the sizes that work for you!
$800 plus tax
Happy Option D
NEW option for 2025! If you need lots of space, this 20′ x 20′ space includes 4 free tables in any configuration.
$1000 plus tax
Vendor Application Forms
Vendor application forms can now be filled out online! In this new format, we will be collecting a $25 application processing fee that will be applied to the cost of your booth if your application is approved. If your application is not approved, the fee is non-refundable.
Rest assured that the purpose of this fee is to discourage bots and spammers, rather than to gatekeep access to the event!
If your application is approved, we will then send you a link to the Booth Selection form, which can also collect payment at the time of submission. If you have any questions about this new process, please feel free to give us a call or contact us!

If you are Alumni of the 2022 event, Claudette will have emailed you the password for this form. Please contact her if you didn’t receive the email!

If you would like to reserve a timeslot for a presentation, please submit this form letting us know when works for you and what your presentation will be about so we can promote it on the Schedule page.
